24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Arbor Hills Dentistry, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
As a small, patient-focused practice, we value your time and ask that you value ours as well.
We do not double-book appointments, allowing us to provide each patient with the individualized care and attention they deserve.

Appointment Confirmation Required

To keep your appointment reserved, please confirm it by replying “C” to the appointment confirmation text you receive before your visit.

If we do not receive confirmation, we may need to release the appointment time so another patient can be seen.
 

Cancellations and No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the reserved time to another patient who may be waiting for care. A $75 fee will apply to missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. After two consecutive late-cancellation or no-show fees, a full deposit will be required before scheduling any future treatment appointments.
