ABOUT US: We are a boutique, private, general dental practice seeking an energetic and highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a modern, state of the art, patient-centric practice that focuses on exceptional patient experience with health, family, and quality of care as our core values. 

CLINIC HOURS: Monday - Thurs 7:30-5:30.

Ideal Candidate Description: 

• You have a minimum of 1 years of experience as an RDA with an Active Texas RDA License.

• You have the following chair-side skills:  digital charting, digital x-rays using nomad and digital sensor, taking intra-oral photographs, making temporaries, taking impressions, seating temporary crowns, in office whitening, going over OHI and post-op instructions.  Assisting with Fillings, Crowns, Endo, Extractions, Dentures, Implants restorations.

• You have the following lab skills: pouring and trimming models, making essix retainers, making whitening trays.

• You care deeply about the profession of dentistry and don’t see what we do as work. 

• You are interested in being a part of the startup experience and learning about success. 

• You are professional, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent dentistry to this community.

• You are interested in warmly communicating with our patients via phone, email, and in-person.

• You are a good teammate, and understand that we’re all working towards the same goal.

• You are detail oriented in documentation, infection control, patient care, and practice operations. 

• You self-study, explore new learning opportunities, and are willing to ask for help in learning new things.
