Front Desk Patient Coordinator Job Opening
We are a modern, state of the art, boutique style, and patient-centric Family, Restorative, and Cosmetic Dentistry Practice. Our mission is to create an exceptional patient experience with core values focused on health, family, and quality of care.
I’m looking for a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to partner with me to deliver excellent dentistry, build patient relationships, and smoothly operate this beautiful practice.
The right candidate for this job will have the following attributes:

You are interested in warmly communicating with our patients via phone, email, and in-person.

You are detail oriented in documentation, infection control, patient care, and practice operations.
You self-study, explore new learning opportunities, and are willing to ask for help in learning new things.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Front Desk Patient Coordinator.
The duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling Patients, Presenting Treatment Plans, Explaining Payment Options to patients and attending to all Front Desk Tasks. Experience in Insurance verification and claim posting is a plus.

Our clinic hours: Every Tues, Thurs, Fri and two Saturdays per month.
Pay: Based on experience with Quarterly Bonus based on performance, production, and collection goals. Yearly allowance provided for continuing education.
